超過30年的6層樓老屋翻新，新功能為低樓層的辦公與高樓層的住家。

老屋的門面在不敲除的前提下新增一層金屬立面。我們將樓板打開，從六樓引進天光到四樓，從三樓引進側光到二樓，將夾層樓板移走，讓辦公空間的會議室成為艦橋，作為企業第二代接手的代表空間。

Without knocking out the old facade, the house is added with a metal facade .

We open the floor, introduce skylight to the 4th floor from the 6th floor, and introduce the side light to the 2nd floor from the 3rd floor, remove the mezzanine floor, in addition, turning the meeting room of the office space to the bridge, as the representative space for the second generation of the enterprise rising.
